Chickpea or Chicken Paneer Burrito Bowl
Ingredients:
• For Chickpea :
• Boiled Chickpea/Chicken, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, salt
• For Paneer:
• Cubed paneer, oil, salt, pepper
• Bowl Base & Toppings:
• Rice/quinoa, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, avocado,(optional)
Instructions:
1. Make Chickpea:
• Sauté cumin seeds, onion, garlic, ginger, and tomato. Add spices and boiled Chickpeas. Simmer.
2. Prepare Paneer:
• Sauté paneer cubes with salt and pepper until golden.
3. Assemble Bowl:
• Layer rice/quinoa, chickpea, paneer, and toppings. Add avocado slices or mashed avocado.
