Ingredients:
½ cup soya granules (dry) – ~22 g protein
1 tsp oil / ghee
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup mixed vegetables (capsicum, carrot, beans, peas) – optional
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp jeera / cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
👩🍳 Method:
Boil soya granules in water for 3–4 minutes till soft.
Drain and squeeze out extra water completely.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add jeera, let it splutter.
Add onion and sauté till golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato, and dry spices. Cook till masala leaves oil.
Add veggies and cook for 2–3 mins (optional).
Add squeezed soya granules, mix well, and cook for another 3–4 mins.
Finish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice.
